The staff were ready to help, they are all super-friendly and extremely polite people. We had a superior quadruple room with a great view.

The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the reception area and surrounded by nature. In the winter, guests have easy access to downhill ski lifts that are just a few minutes walk away. Additionally, there is a supermarket nearby, making it convenient for any necessary shopping.

No aspects needed improvement, everything was great.

The hotel had two complementary facts included in the room rate: a play station and a clothes dryer, which was great for warming up after exploring the cold location. Additionally, the pool was enjoyable, even though it was a bit too cold for our taste. The location was ideal for winter sports lovers, with plenty of hills to sled on.

The hotel was not very accommodating for tourists, the staff seemed more concerned about sports enthusiasts. The hotel was far from everything, and we felt isolated.
